To our surprise, after the tasting room closes, our brewery cat Wanda has been experimenting with a few new recipes of her own! Wanda’s Day Off is a kettle sour fermented with a Belgian yeast. During fermentation, she added a red berry blend with a hint of vanilla that taste like Belgian grenadine syrup. Think Shirley Temple cocktail meets beer. Yum, well done Wanda, well done.
