Island IPA Series

The island IPA series brings new meaning to the phrase ‘island hopping’. In this series, we focus not only on what hops can provide a beer, but also aim to push the boundaries of where an IPA can go. From dry hopping to sour IPAs, we head out in search of new ideas, paddling through an archipelago of opportunities, and arriving at the discovery of what it means to brew a great IPA.
